1. Pricing: All prices quoted are based on the cost of the equipment and labour at that time. Poole Harbour Sea Survival (PHSS) reserves the right to amend their prices, to be those effective on the date of dispatch.

2. The prices quoted for the supply of equipment are for supply only, and do not include any installation work where required.

3. Delivery and collection of goods will be charged at cost.

4. Prices quoted include VAT at 17.5%

5. Payment: All good and services supplied is 30 days from the date of invoice. Orders have to be paid in full before dispatch. PHSS reserves the right to withhold goods and services from a customer if monies owed to PHSS, have not been paid on the due date. If this occurs PHSS shall incur no liability in respect of withholding such goods and services or for their cancellation.

6. Invoices not settled after 60 days will result in automatic action being taken in the county court to recover any monies owing to PHSS.

7. Ownership: The ownership of all goods supplied will remain PHSS until payment has been made in full. Risk for such goods will be passed to the customer or his agent on collection or delivery.

8. Loss or Damage: PHSS is not responsible for loss or damage in transit, but provided that the carriers and PHSS are notified within 3 working days of the delivery, or of non delivery within 14 days of the date of advice, we can normally claim on the carriers. Any such claim shall be confirmed in writing to PHSS. In the event of damage, packaging material must be retained for examination by the carriers.

9. Warranty: Warranty is covered by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994 and other consumer protection Laws. In the event of a breakdown during the warranty period:

     a. Equipment supplied will be repaired free of charge when returned to the companies      premises. Delivery and collection of goods will be charge at cost, as will any repair work      outside of the warranty period.

     b. Every effort will be made to supply goods within the required delivery time, delivery      dates are approximate and may be subject to manufacturers estimates. PHSS will therefore      not be liable for any loss arising through delays, however caused.

     c. PHSS does not supply goods on approval, goods found to be unsuitable should not be      returned until confirmation has been received that they can be accepted. Items in stock will      normally be accepted provided that they are returned, properly packed and in new      condition. A minimum handling fee of 10% is charged on all returns. Items not normally      stocked cannot be returned or credited.

10. Orders: All orders are only accepted subject to our terms and conditions of sale, which will only be varied in exceptional circumstances and any variations will only apply with written agreement of a director of the company. No other employee of the company has the authority to vary the conditions of sale under any circumstances.
