ABOUT PHSS

PHSS’s Principal Instructor is Richard Morley. Richard has over 20 years boating experience from around the world in all types of craft, and he is a yachtmaster instructor. Richard also instructs at other schools and businesses including Sunseeker, Advanced Yachting, The British Offshore Sailing School. He is also a RNLI volunteer with the Sea Safety Team. Qualifications/Experience

RYA and Merchant Navy Training Board (MNTB) sea survival instructor.
RYA/HSE first aid instructor with emergency trauma background.
VHF SRC radio instructor/assessor.
Able to instruct all levels from powerboat to yachtmaster motor cruiser.
International Certificate of Competence (ICC).
Boat deliveries.
Own boat tuition and boat handovers.
Has appeared in some Practical Boat Owner articles.
